Set up fee for regular service:
All new accounts will incur an initial set-up/clean-up fee of $25.00, which covers up to 45 minutes on the initial cleaning of the first visit. Any extra time beyond 45 minutes will be charged at a rate of $50.00/hour.
Using the "honor system" If you cleaned your yard within the last seven days before we begin service, and our initial cleaning therefore is rather short, we credit your account 50% of the set-up fee.
We offer a 10% discount for 6-month prepayment, and a 15% discount for 12-month prepayment. If you cancel anytime after the contract is halfway over we will return the unused portion to you!

1. Number & size of the dogs being serviced
2. Size, condition, and difficulty of the yard to be serviced
Payment Methods:
Payment is due the same day as clean-up for first time visits with accumulation, or a one time clean-up. Payment for those with regular service will be mailed an invoice towards the end of the month. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month. Late fee $10.00 Returned check fee $20.00
We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing based on size and condition of yards.
